Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why

When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, delivery address and payment details on its own secure page. We receive your name, email and delivery address so we can post your order, send your confirmation, and handle returns and guarantee claims. The lawful basis is performance of our contract with you. We keep order records for 6 years because tax law requires it.

If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you and to deal with any follow-up.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), and our supplier, who posts your kit to you: your name, delivery address and phone number if you gave one. Our supplier sells through AliExpress (Alibaba Group), so your delivery details are processed outside the UK. That transfer is necessary to deliver your order (UK GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). We don't sell your data and we don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Cookies

The site works without any cookies. If you click Accept on our banner, we load Meta's pixel, which sets cookies so we can see which of our adverts lead to sales. If you click Reject, or ignore the banner, nothing is loaded. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again. Stripe's checkout page has its own cookie and privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
