Who we are
Hallhush is a trading name of Thomas Geater, a sole trader. Address: 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6EA. Email: hello@hallhush.co.uk. We reply within 2 working days.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken by Stripe on a secure Stripe page; we never see your card details. The contract is made when you receive our order confirmation email.
Delivery
UK delivery is free. Ships from our supplier. Usually arrives in 7–12 working days, and the parts may come in separate parcels. We place your order with our supplier within 1 working day of payment and email you when it's on its way. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Email us to say so, then post the unused items back within 14 days to the address above. We refund the price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of getting the items back (or proof you've sent them). You pay the cost of posting them back. If items have been used or cut, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Our 30-day guarantee
On top of your legal rights: if the kit doesn't make a difference within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo of it fitted and we'll refund the price. You don't have to send it back. One guarantee refund per household.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, tell us and we'll replace or refund it.
Safety
Follow the fitting guide. On a fire door, never cover the fire and smoke seal, don't use frame seal, and make sure the door still closes and latches on its own. If in doubt, ask your landlord first.

Email hello@hallhush.co.uk. We'll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14.
